As a resident at the Commons on Bridge, what I enjoy most about the the apartment is its close proximity to campus and downtown Knoxville. I can get anywhere by walking and also have a secure parking space in the garage, which comes in handy on game days. I also like the amount of living space in the apartment. It does not seem like the typical college sized apartment. The maintenance staff is always available by phone as well as the emergency staff. I was able to call the commons when locked out of my room and they were there in a matter of no time. I would recommend living here if you can afford it.
I haven't moved in yet but it looks really nice. There are a lot of really nice commodities in the building such as a computer room and fitness center.
The location is great and all the staff is super nice. Wish we got a key to the balcony door tho. Our friends always compliment the place. Great layout too. Pricing is fair and affordable.
I have had a good experience living at the commons on bridge so far. The only complaint I really have is that there is not enough maintenance for cleaning the main areas.
I have really enjoyed living here. So much has changed under the new owenership (for the better) I lived under the last owners and was not happy with the experience
awesome place to live we a student, freedom of having your own apartment with a community they cares for you. My favorite place to live in college
I have good roommates which allow for me to fully enjoy the apartment. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean and operational, and the kitchen is all anyone needs as a college student.
I had a pleasant time living at the commons. I loved my balcony and the amenities. However, I still have not been granted my deposit fee back, I have emailed. Yet no response.
Living at the commons on bridge has been enjoyable. The main office and everyone there was very helpful in dealing with resigning my lease from last year so I could stay here for my senior year instead of worry about moving elsewhere.
The maitenence upkeep could use improvement in the complex itself. The staircases are disgusting but only needs a simple power wash. Costumer service is good.
great location & friendly neighbors. lack of parking, but super dog friendly. i've lived here the past three years, and didn't want to leave.
I wish the locks were different or they used a keycard but that's management's problem. The office workers are doing a great job, they are friendly and help right away.
Things have been getting a lot better! When I first moved in my apartment balcony door was moldy and had wood rot, finally after months of complaining I received a new door! This made me very happy. I think the maintenance team needs to be better about routine maintenance such as changing air filters and the building would be in much better shape. Overall all is good!
This apartment is close to campus and very convenient for students. The kitchen is open and has updated appliances. Pets are permitted and only require a one time 150$ deposit!
This apartment complex was really nice for the monthly rate! The new kitchen granite bar table and sink was honestly the best part. They probably have the nicest kitchens of all Knoxville apartments.
I love this community. All my friends say that they would want to live here in the future if they didn't sign a lease anywhere else. 8 love the location
The Commons on Bridge has allowed my roommates and I the opportunity to foster a friendly environment with our neighbors and other residents who live in the same complex.
Love living here! The staff genuinely cared about everyone that lives here, the walk to campus is convienient and the apartments are very nice inside! Only bad side is these places are more on the expensive side.
I absolutely love the Commons on Bridge. The location is very convenient for me with walking to class. The staff is very kind and helpful. Gonna be living here a while.
I love living at The Commons on Bridge. The environment is awesome and the place is nice! I enjoy living in a safe clean place like the Commons on bridge
